Titel	LL-791 – Dynamic Subscription and Plan Settings
Beschreibung	Im Backend können nun mehrere Tarife angelegt und gepflegt werden:  An einem Tarif können anschließend die mehrsprachigen Texte gepflegt werden, sowie alle Inhalte die bisher in der Konfiguration zu finden sind.  Die Feature Tabelle kann im Backend gepflegt werden und an einem einzelnen Feature kann per checkbox der Tarif gewählt werden für den dieses Feature als aktiv angezeigt werden soll:
